An amazing location to stay for Cannes International Advertising Festival. The place was really nice to stay in, easy to get around and Nadia was such a polite and kind host. There was nothing that was too much trouble!!

Nice place with rhe terrace and some sea view, calm and quite. The furniture is a little bit old, but it doesn't influence on the feedback. We traveled with 2 kids and it was good for us. In winter a little bit cold with the tiles on the floor.

We could not have had a better place to spend a week with 3 families. The Villa is stunning and natural. You feel like you’re staying at your own family’s home. Close to Vence, but private with all of the amenities you’ll need. What a fantastic experience. We will be recommending Albert’s place to family and friends and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful week in this vacation home! When entering through the metal fence, the driveway was flanked by beautiful oleander bushes that were in full bloom. Inside you enter a living space with high ceilings and spacious rooms. There was a cool bottle of rosé ready, which was a nice welcome:) In the kitchen everything was well equipped. Glad you have another shower room separate from the bathroom with bath. When we stayed on the spot we enjoyed the swimming pool and the cozy garden with the beautiful, high umbrella beds and the wide view. Very quiet neighborhood! Slept wonderfully! Claire contacted us immediately after booking and also asked how we were doing during our stay. That made us feel very welcome! And then we certainly don't want to forget Paule: she is a super sweet neighbor who was waiting for us with a key and explanation and also came to pick us out on departure. Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Be careful, it absolutely takes the car to enjoy it. Very well located for visiting Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. Our arrival was complicated because the parking space reserved for us was already occupied by a neighbor and there are not really other spaces nearby. We recommend this apartment which is spacious and warm.

We hear location, location when renting property and this location is simply awesome. Walk across road to beach and restaurants. Get the lift to the infinity pool and admire the views. Take a walk through the port to more cafes and restaurants. A double garage is handy if bringing your car or two. Mikael is on the ball with communication. I had one question and despite the time difference I had a response within 2 minutes. This was our second visit to this apartment. We needed a Monday to Monday rental and Mikael agreed so he is flexible on changeover dates. Not many renters are as they want Saturday to Saturday but flights are not always suitable from the UK. We never used the BBQ but it looked fairly new and a dining table and chairs on the patio was a new and welcome addition. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Electric window shades were amazing. Flick a switch and you have instant shade or dark to help you sleep soundly. We will be back for another visit soon. John H Dewar

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

Odile and her husband are very friendly and welcoming hosts. Fresh bottles and juice when we arrive for breakfast for the next day. Nice little touches. Very well-equipped apartment. The apartment is ideal for a stay of 4 by the sea. We were with our 2 daughters and had a great 3 week vacation in July. Car at the parking lot, beach on foot and the night of Sainte-Maxime is a lively town with summer evening concerts in the city. Perfect, we highly recommend this listing. Caroline

This was one of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. Lucian has everything you could think of. Felt like I was home.

We were two couples in this six-person home. Apartment in gated residence very quiet, great location and very clean. Very good responsiveness from Sophie and Fanny who welcomed us. Ideal site to radiate from the Giens peninsula to St Tropez and in the Maures mountains.
