The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
