Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

The Bright Apartment has the highest level of comfort of the Brick&Birch Apartments. It is oriented to the back of the building and has a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. This makes it very quiet even though it is in the city center. It has a lot of space storage, spacey living room, a bathroom with a walk in shower, kitchen with all the appliances and it is full of light. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a high quality mattress and a blackout curtains .
