Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Many walks are very easily accessible, and if you want to ski or learn paragliding, the house is 5 min from the Col de Marcieu as well as Saint-Hilaire. Grenoble is 40 minutes away. We have a very friendly cat to feed and a plant to water:-)
