Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa de Punta Umbría

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

The apartment is fantastic. Great location, lovely village and the medieval festival was delightful. Th apartment is spacious, meticulously clean and equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The secure parking space was particularly useful and a real asset to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Darren's apartment is the perfect place to explore the area of Conceição and Cabanas. It is quietly located in a residential area and yet close enough to the main roads to easily reach everything. The amenities are perfect: everything is very modern and in very good condition. Beds and sofa are extremely comfortable, so you can relax and sleep well here. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with everything. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook properly. The appliances are state-of-the-art and work well. The cookware is new and available in all sizes, so you can prepare all meals well. Even the knives are of high quality, from the balcony you have a great view and can enjoy the sunset, there is also a good gas grill. The communication with co-host Maria was extremely friendly and quick. Everything was arranged extremely courteously and flexibly so we had a perfect stay. Thank you :-)

Super cute place and very helpful host!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

I can’t rave enough about Paula and her daughters! The house is spotless, well-appointed, full of joyous art and is well-loved. I wish I lived there. I hope I have a chance to return. Best rental house experience I have had in my 25 years of staying in rental properties both in the US and internationally.

We were guests here as a whole family and celebrated Christmas together. Our kids loved hiking through the orange and avocado plantation, eating fresh oranges from the tree and horseback riding was a great experience. Great house for children and large family with grandparents. Well-maintained and clean. Frederico got us everything we needed. We'll be back!

David and Megan's spacious townhouse was in a perfect spot to be near everything, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. They offered some nice extras that don't seem to be part of the AirBnB experience anymore, like milk, juice and coffee to start off your vacation. David even picked us up at the train station and drove us to the townhouse. We were impressed with their quick response when we had a question. Although we didn't take advantage of the service, they offered to be of assistance with providing ideas for excursions and things to do in the area.

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

I can highly recommend this beautiful property, Nina was an excellent host and it was a great place for our bird watching holiday.

Inês was quite communicative and available before, during, and after our stay. The house was in line with expectations and is close to the beach and the central area of Altura. It has a good space and plenty of entertainment options. In general, we liked it very much and recommend it!

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

From the arrival they made us feel right at home. Great treat and wonderful loft. Everything was clean and tidy. The appliances are new so they are in pristine condition. Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect!! The place is great, everything was spotless and an unbeatable location. We had a great time and will do it again. Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui
