Our cosy 90m2 flat is located in Torrevieja (Alicante), on the beachfront. The flat is on the 9th floor, so you will have great views of the Playa del Cura, which is only 150m away! Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

1 bedroom apartment 3 min walk to the sea (350m) In a complex with a swimming pool (open from June to September). Free parking in the next parking lot is provided. Transfer from Alicante Airport can be arranged. WIFI, air conditioning, large and comfortable bed 160X200 cm. Balcony with pool view. The house is located 2 min from the bus station , the largest Mercadona in Europe 2 min. A huge number of shops, restaurants and bars open all year round.

For an amazing vacation I offer you this beautiful and cozy design studio. Su 22m2 has everything you need to live in comfort. The bed is 150cm. The well equipped kitchen is well equipped. There is air conditioning cold/heat. The dining area has a nice partial ocean view where its proximity is 35 meters from the glazed balcony. On the rooftop there is a communal area to tender. Also from 15.06 to 15.09 the pool with panoramic sea view is available!

Excellent apartment in Torrevieja. Very convenient location: 5 minutes walk from the best beach in the city, two supermarkets and Torrevieja bus station. The apartment is ideal for both a short summer vacation and a comfortable extended stay in winter. The surroundings are quiet, there are no loud places in neighboring homes. There is a large balcony. It has a comfortable kitchen, air conditioning, fiber optic internet (600 mb/s) and Smart TV.

A spacious terrace offers expansive views of the marina, showcasing numerous boats gently bobbing in the water. The scene is framed by a clear blue sky and distant coastal lines, providing a serene and inviting outdoor space.
