The apartment is at a distance of 150 meters from Playa del Cura. Internet, flat screen TV and private balcony with furniture. !!! There is a good underground parking for a car in this house, which is important for the area. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a quiet street. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

For an amazing vacation I offer you this beautiful and cozy design studio. Su 22m2 has everything you need to live in comfort. The bed is 150cm. The well equipped kitchen is well equipped. There is air conditioning cold/heat. The dining area has a nice partial ocean view where its proximity is 35 meters from the glazed balcony. On the rooftop there is a communal area to tender. Also from 15.06 to 15.09 the pool with panoramic sea view is available!

A lovely 2 bedroom flat (completely renovated in 2022 !), 2 minutes away from the most popular beach in Torrevieja (Playa del Cura), with a big balcony and side sea view. Plaja del Cura is famous for its promenade with numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The flat is very close to the city centre (350 metres) and only 1 km from Aquapolis Torrevieja (Aqua Park) and 2 km from Las Salinas de Torrevieja (Pink Lake).
