Beautiful apartment, it’s a shame we arrived late and had to leave early that we didn’t really get to explore the local surroundings. Everything was very clean and tidy. No complaints.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

Valeriy is very friendly kind and helpful as well as her brother The studio was tidy clean and well lit everything was available towels kitchen sheets nothing was missing there was even the umbrella and the beach mats We enjoyed the very sunny balcony and the very quiet neighborhood and the beautiful and good restaurants in the area The beach is very close to the apartment We thank Valeriy for his warm welcome from the arrival he welcomed us and very helpful kind and respectful I recommend this rental and you will not regret your stay Congratulations Valeriy and her brother and see you soon

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

More than satisfactory, a Steve is a responsive and available host. Her place is very well located: Close to the sea less than 10 minutes walk and many restaurants our favorite " my dream" quality price and personal just wow. Supermarket 24/7 at 2mn and a mercado 10 minutes away and all that on foot The pool is great and our kids played there for hours... and so did we... This is a very nice rental with all the necessities even for the beach just to come with its jersey and toothbrush. I highly recommend it and it's clear we'll go back.

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

Very modern accommodation, spacious ,with a chic terrace that is very well furnished,there are mattresses for every taste,tables,and awnings from the sun. The entire apartment is very well decorated, everything is in a calm tone and very beautiful. There is everything you need. Very caring hostess. Special thanks to Shaun y and his son ,waited for us and everything was well told. We will definitely be back!

Davinia is an excellent host. She was always very quick to respond to requests. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony was awesome. You have only a few steps to the beach Smaller shops and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. For everything else you need a car. I had a warm 4 weeks and highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! A gorgeous apartment which is super close to restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. Hot tub was amazing for additional entertainment and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We had the best little holiday and would definitely return / recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

Nice apartment with great location

This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !
