Nos ha encantado el apartamento de Ana Belén. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Esta muy bien equipado y pensado para hacer fácil el hospedaje. Éramos 6 y no faltaba sitio para nada. Un placer enorme! Gracias.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

Leiligheten var som beskrevet og Kim var enkel å kommunisere med, både før under og etter oppholdet. Rent og pent med alt av utstyr vi hadde behov for. Supert at det også var litt leker som 5-åringen fikk glede av. beliggenhet med kort vei til strand, dagligvarebutikker og restauranter. Kims leilighet er et trygt valg hvis man skal på ferie i Torrevieja 😀

Valeriy est très accueillant aimable serviable ainsi que son frère Le studio était bien rangé propre et bien éclairé tout était disponible serviettes draps cuisine il ne manquait rien il y avait même le parasol et les tapis de plage Nous avons apprécié le balcon très ensoleillé et le voisinage très calme et les beaux et bons restaurants des environs La plage est très proche de l’appartement Nous remercions Valeriy pour son accueil chaleureux des l’arrivée il nous a bien accueilli et très serviable gentil aimable et respectueux Je recommande cette location et vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour Bravo Valeriy ainsi qu’à son frère et à bientôt

Izabela är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon vill alltid lösa saker för dig om det är något som händer i lägenheten så gör hon allt för att hjälpa dig! Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och pool nedanför. Lugnt. Skulle rekommendera en tjockare madrass till sängen som skulle göra det lite mer bekvämt om jag skulle påpeka något:). Kanske lite mer utrustning i köket t.e.x potatiskalare, någon mer stekpanna etc. Men jag stannade 2 månader så jag trivdes bra!! Allt ser ut exakt som på bilder bra storlek för mig som reser ensam. Mycket ljust och fräscht, rymlig dusch. Lagom stor balkong med fin utsikt mot pool och stjärnhimmel på kvällen. Tack Izabela för min vistelse i din fina studio!!!:):):)

Saubere moderne Wohnung. Besonders der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe mit Barbara war sehr unkompliziert. in der Küche waren die nötigstenutensilien vorhanden.

Logement plus que satisfaisant, un Steve est un hôte réactif et disponible. Son logement est très bien situé: Proche de la mer moins de 10mn à pied et de nombreux restaurants notre préféré " my Dream" qualité prix et personnels juste waouh. Supermarché 24/24 à 2mn et un mercado à 10mn et tout ça à pied La piscine est top et nos enfants y ont joué des heures... et nous aussi... C'est une très belle location avec tout le nécessaire même pour la plage juste à venir avec son maillot et sa brosse a dent. Je recommande fortement et c'est clair nous y retournerons.

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

Lovely place to stay, close to fabulous beaches and great restaurants. Francisco is a wonderful host, made us feel very welcome and added those little touches to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place to stay - has everything you need plus more!! Will not hesitate to come back.

Prima verblijf, schoon en comfortabel. Gerrit reageert snel en adequaat op vragen. Veel supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Goede bedden.

Очень современное жилье, просторное ,с шикарной терассой которая очень хорошо обставлена мебелью,есть матрасы на любой вкус,столы,и маркизы от солнца.Вся квартира очень хорошо о декорирована, всё в спокойном тоне и очень красиво.Есть всё необходимое.Очень заботливая хозяйка.Отдельное спасибо Shaun y и его сыну ,дождались нас и всё хорошо рассказали. Мы обязательно вернёмся!

Gabriela una anfitriona muy atenta y la persona que nos recibió, Jorge, fue muy amable haciendonos muy facil la llegada y dandonos recomendaciones locales. Davinia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer. Man hat nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für alles andere benötigt man ein Auto. Ich hatte herzliche 4 Wochen und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Ganz neue moderne Wohnung in einem netten Wohnungskomplex. Moderne Annehmlichkeiten, super ausgestattete Küche und der Whirlpool und der beheizte Pool haben es uns auch in den frischeren Monaten erlaubt zu baden. Sehr angenehme Übergabe der Wohnung und einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Supermarkt und Drogerie fußläufig. Es gab außerdem einige Spielsachen für kleine Kinder. Einfach top!

Geweldig verblijf, alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd Brandschoon overal aan gedacht en supermooi, raad dit zeer aan en veel kunnen er een voorbeeld aan nemen Goed uitgelegd goede parkeerplek, heerlijk bed, bad jacuzzi keuken alles top! Tv vol met zenders en Netflix

Nice apartment with great location

This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !
