Moraviana is truly a gem. For two people it is an ideal place, very modern and with everything you need. It is conveniently located, as a midpoint for several beaches.

Beautiful villa in a gated area. Pool in the residence. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, not in the living room on the other hand. Very nice standard

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

This villa exceeded all our expectations – it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! The view over Playa Hermosa is stunning, and every morning and evening we saw toucans and scarlet macaws right from the terrace – closer than in some national parks. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for recharging. I loved doing Pilates on the terrace each morning. The hosts were kind, helpful, and shared wonderful stories with us. They even provided yoga mats! The access road is a bit rough (gravel), and at first I was nervous with our smaller car, but we got used to it quickly – just take it slow in low gear. Totally worth it. We would absolutely love to come back!

David was a great host and responsive! We stayed here for a local wedding and it was the perfect space for the 4 of us and felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The rooftop is stunning and the pool connects you to the beach life while being elevated from the beach just enough.

This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. The unit was well equipped and the property was well developed. We enjoyed the privacy of our own space as well as the beautiful public areas such as the back yard and the roof deck. This was the perfect place for us to explore up and down the central coast on day trips and to relax at night out of the rain. Internet access, plumbing and electricity all worked great and we loved the secure parking. The staff we talked to were friendly and even gave us a fresh coconut! I can imagine coming back.

The place was super accessible, quiet, many places around to eat, shop, have fun, and Javier was very attentive and helpful!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

Everything was perfect, the apartment and the facilities are excellent, the communication was very good with Ganita, very grateful for everything!!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We had an amazing stay in Jacó! This place was everything we hoped for—clean, quiet, private, and very spacious. The AC also keeps the place very coool! The pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to relax after exploring the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of all that, the price was an incredible bargain for everything included. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Jacó, it is such a nice place to go back to after long days of adventuring—would definitely stay here again!
