The apartment (50m2) is part of a medium-sized condominium, in the Las Playas. A 5 minute drive to the Yacht Club and Caleta Beach. With panoramic view; quiet and safe. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room with a single bed and two mattresses. We have a kitchen and dining room. The terrace and pool are common areas. Notes: 1. We do not have air conditioning, but we do have fans 2. Before booking, check carefully to see if the location is right for you.

Entire Apartment in Caleta Beach with Great view. 3 bredrooms, 3 full size beds. Bedrooms have AC. Very Clean and nice design. Pool, and beach is right across the street. Although the condominium is being remodeled due to Hurricane Otis, everything is functional.
