Exquisite Ambiance in Tenerife Sur.

Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

Nieuwbouw appartement met zeer ruim terras en prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de bergen, en verwarmd zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Mogelijkheid voor parkeerplaats na aanvraag. Op 5 min. wandelafstand van het idyllisch strandje, in de gloednieuwe residentie Ocean Garden in Playa Paraiso - de nieuwe parel aan de zuidkust van Tenerife. Samen met het Hardrock Hotel is dit deel van Tenerife de nieuwe place to be geworden. De overgebleven mooie ruige natuur is een ideale mix van avontuur en luxe.

This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with a modern design is located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, on the first line to the beach and with an exit to the promenade. Its sunny terrace offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The complex has a great location with all the infrastructure needed, a swimming pool, restaurants, the best SPAs nearby and access to Hard Rock with musical programs. The complex has 24-hour security and is within walking distance of supermarkets and shopping mall.

Paraíso Sun Apartment!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Playa Paraiso is a quiet, but touristically attractive location in Costa Adeje in the south of the island. It is suitable for quieter guests who do not like too many tourists and cars. Our apartment is located right by the sea, between the hotels Hard Rock , Roca Nivaria. The most beautiful sunsets, a beautiful promenade, many restaurants and bistros in the street.. NOTA: LA PISCINA ESTA EN REFORMAS DESDE EL 17-06-2025 HASTA 31-10-2025

Sunnyland Paraiso Beach

Este apartamento en Adeje cuenta con una habitación independiente, un salón con sofá cama, una cocina con todo lo necesario, un baño y una enorme terraza. En la terraza se encuentra mobiliario exterior, mesa con sillas para comer y asientos para sentarse y disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Las vistas desde la terraza son fantásticas podemos ver la "Playa Paraíso". El edificio no tiene piscina. Cuenta con internet de alta velocidad y un escritorio con silla para poder trabajar cómodamente.

Located in an exclusive and residence, with one of the greatest pool area on the island that consist of 4 pools, 2 for children, one heated in the winter and a very cool bar & restaurant open every day. Ideal for people looking for an escape of the busy and noisy spots but still have a good access to everything within 15 min drive. A peaceful retreat but very much a family home welcoming visitors with children.
