Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa San Bartolo, Lima Province

WOW!..that's what I said every time I walked into the condo. stayed 6 weeks. huge balcony with stunning sunsets every night.. comfy beds, comfy everything. both bedrooms have full baths and balconies in each! flat screens in every room with fans in each room. rooftop pool steps away, outside sitting area steps away. gym, gas stove full kitchen. steps to Miraflores and heart of Barranco. I texted Carlos on my 2nd day to book for my next year. I have stayed in many of the buildings in Barranco and this is a piece of Heaven . tons of space and wow wow wow factor. 10 Stars . highly recommend. Carlos the host excellent . responds immediately. I did not need anything as everything works!

Everything was perfect!

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Clean place, good location, recommended to spend a few days relaxing

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The apartment was clean and very well located, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants next door, and parks too. The instructions were very clear and I always responded within a reasonable amount of time when I had questions. The concierges also had a very good attitude.

Amazing little cozy apartment, prime location in the middle of Barranco. Great restaurant un the neighborhood and really close to the ocean walk.

The apartment was very nice, conveniently located in a quiet area. Parking is very convenient as well. Rosita responds immediately and is very helpful. I recommend it

My family and I, we enjoyed a lot of the stay on the dpto. The apartment is tranquil à pesar which is located in the heart of the center of Miraflores. Very easy to access to the building. The porters@s are very friendly. Jorge was always available. We had a great time!

Charming Mrs.Maria, the beautiful house, cozy with all the comforts and facilities. A few blocks away from San Bartolo boulevard.

The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends , the pool is the soul of the house , clean , spacious , everything perfect , recommended , you have convenience store nearby , marine restaurants if you want and bread with chicharrón to eat at breakfast very close and rich .

This is place is beautiful and very safe. It is in a private community well guarded. The space is like the pictures. But because it is located by the each there is some damage to the house. We only stayed one night but it was PERFECT. Nice and relaxing. Pool is super clean. Communication with owner was great. Location wise , it is further away from the city than I thought. However there are taxi for a small price to get to the city. I would for sure stay here again.

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay!! Angela was a perfect host and made everything very easy!! It is a really nice place and was nice and clean and also very conveniently located….highly recommended!!

The house is very beautiful!! It is located close to the sea and has all the amenities. Geanfranco is a great host, very patient and proactive in resolving doubts. He was always attentive. Recommended, we will surely return :)

A very pleasant family walk, only the parking could improve otherwise everything very nice.

Good location and house

We had a wonderful stay at Isabel’s place! She was incredibly responsive and always happy to help with any questions we had. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Gerardo was a very communicative host and did everything to accommodate my requests and needs. The apartment was located in a nice place overlooking the athletics track and surrounding area.

The apartment is great and the location is even better. You can’t be the view of the ocean from the patio. Luis was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our questions. I was a little worried as it was our first time traveling with our infant and the apartment and Luis both exceeded our expectations!

Jorge is always easy to reach. The location is beautiful and just minutes from the beach, delicious restaurants and stores.

We loved our stay at Renzo’s. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location in Miraflores near some good restaurants. It also wasn’t too far of a walk from the beach. Would stay again!
