Great place, wonderful pick for a vacation by the beach!

Very good place to stay!! Depa exactly like photos, large balcony and top view. The host Juan is very friendly and understanding.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

This was our second stay at Cristie’s apartment. Before and at the time of our arrival she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice balcony, pool and a great ocean view. There is a couple of tennis courts very close to the building for tennis/pickleball lovers (pre-booking required). Cristie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made our experience wonderful and relaxing. We were provided with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She is the amazing host we always want to have. We cannot recommend Cristie and her property highly enough. Thanks so much, Cristie! We will be back for sure.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful stay here. The home has all of the amenities you can ask for, has a beautiful view of the beach, and the host was so welcoming, responsive, and super flexible with check in and check out with our group. We'll definitely be back!

From when it was reserved, until the stay was finished, we always had a quick response from Roiki, the attention it gave and her kindness towards feeling at home. Quiet place, clean and everything in order. Highly recommended.

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

We had an amazing weekend, the house is nice and has all the comforts 🤩 it has everything, umbrellas, chairs for the beach, and more… a very nice terrace. Reyna and her husband were always attentive to all the details and helped us with all our requests, good restaurant recommendations, etc., and they left me a very nice detail for my birthday 🎂 thank you very much 🙏🏼

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful beach house, super functional and with a beautiful view, it was a luxury to be on the terrace and contemplate the sea. Private environment, safe and clean. This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

100% recommended , super cute duplex , cozy , nice view and the best part is that Mr. Moisés and his wife super friendly and very attentive , my family and I were super satisfied.

Warm welcome, beautifully decorated and super clean apartment. It’s a short walk (1 block) to the main square, the park, the church, and the beach entrance. So many restaurants too. The family really takes care of their place and they are so quick to answer any questions. Sra. Vicky and her husband are super sweet! We felt warmly welcomed and had a great time! PS: beds are super comfortable!

Quiet and safe place. close to market and transportation. apartment in a building sharing with tenants and owners. Just some noise when dogs starting bark, But fortunately not at night and not noise at bedtime.
