The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhn" days with a good distant view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby Marian pilgrimage site Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiemsee make the region an ideal starting point for a holiday in Bavaria.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The property has a cozy and covered patio and free parking. Inexpensively located in the Inn Valley, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the vicinity, e.g. the pilgrimage town of Altötting (5 km), Burghausen Castle (20 km), many lakes (Chiemsee - 30 min. drive) and much more.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The house is located in a quiet residential area and has a well-kept garden. It is centrally located between Mühldorf and Altötting, minutes to the highway towards Munich. Bike along the Inn, for example to Passau.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a listed Rottaler farmhouse, - an organic farm with goats, cats, sheep etc. has about 50 square meters and access to the balcony. Beautiful garden with pond in front of the door. Absolutely quiet location. Parking is available.
