The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage, or Bagarstugan as we call it, is located on a beautiful valley farm surrounded by a wonderful garden. Here is miles of views and peaceful location in the small village Utenåker about 6 km from Rättvik city center. Rättvik is wonderful both in summer and winter. During the weeks of the sports break, there is access to most ski slopes. Rättvik's slalom slope (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås ski centre (20 min), Romme (50 min). Nice cross-country ski trails and a plowed ice rink on Lake Siljan when the ice has settled.

It is about 5 km to Tällberg and 7 km to Leksand. There is space to park a car next to the cottage in the yard. The shower and toilet have a separate entrance on the lower floor.
