Winter-farmed cottage by the sea!Nice cottage by the sea with one of the best locations on the Eastern beach, fantastic sea view ,from upstairs. Most of it is available that makes your stay comfortable,microwave, two large TVs, several patios and balcony with sea view. Key cabinet with code lock. Animals and non-smoking accommodation.It is open plan both upstairs and downstairs. Halmstad's smallest cottage, 150 meters from the sea!The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area there is a sink, a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you/you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge approx. 1.60 cm. There is access to private patio with barbecue (incl. charcoal) two "brass chairs" , parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for loan at no additional cost.
