Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Small house ideal for relaxing, with a landscaped garden and an interior that invites you to escape and daydream. It has been conceived and designed for the well-being of our guests. Ideally located between sea and countryside, Vannes and Lorient, the house is a 5-minute walk from the village where you will find shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The Etel estuary is 2 km away and the great beaches of Erdeven are 13 km away, Auray is 15 km away.

Our house is close to Lorient (20 km), Quiberon (25 km), Vannes (30 km), and a supervised beach with a Blue Flag 2025 (3 km). You will appreciate it for comfort, and peace. It is perfect for couples and families. We provide bedding and kitchen linen. For end-of-year stays, contact us beforehand. For stays of less than 3 nights, contact us as well. For the months of July and August, the rental is a minimum of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Soleil d'Artist apartment is ready to welcome you, a small cocoon close to the beaches of Erdeven and the Etel bar. You can walk there. As a painter, I wanted to give it an artistic touch adjoining my studio, with a garden where you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables, dining areas for a plancha and rest areas, bicycles. A quality apartment that will seduce you with its charm.

It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
