Monthly Rentals in Plum Point

I rented this unit for several weeks while on a long term project in the Memphis area. The pictures do not do justice to this home. This is a very nice end unit in a brand new development, and everything in the home is brand new and tastefully curated. The location is very convenient with easy access to pretty much everything the Southaven area has to offer. Sakinah was very responsive and easy to contact, and the check in process was simple and easy. Because the home is so new, there are limited items in the kitchen - there is just enough cookware etc, and it is all clean and new and serviceable, but could use some additional items to round it out and make it a more "at home" experience. Again, it is a brand new home, so this will no doubt improve over time as items accumulate. Overall a great rental experience, and I would highly recommend!

By far the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at! The house was immaculate and the location was absolutely perfect being right next to Silo Square! Made it very easy to go for daily walks, or just walk to and from dinner. Upon check in we were greeted with a lovely welcome card that even included a Walmart gift card for any items we needed for our stay - not to mention the fridge was full of drinks to enjoy! We even had to extend our stay by one night and Myles was always extremely responsive (within minutes!!) and very helpful in getting us taken care of. This is truly a gem of a rental and you will NOT be sorry to book!! We will be recommending Myles’ property to all our visiting family and friends as they make their way down South.

We really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in the door, it smelled so fresh and it was very clean. We were very close to everything we needed and enjoyed a very peaceful stay. Would stay here again highly recommend.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the apartment owner was helpful.  I highly recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting this area.
