Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Our campground is located on a beautiful open field, shared with other campers. There are 14 communal fire pits and picnic tables, 3 composting toilets, as well as 3 portalets and a swimming hole in the brook alongside the property. We also have potable water at our brand new well house on the field. Tents/car camping is ideal. This campground is not designed for pop-ups/RVs.
