Great stay. Beautiful home

We stayed for a short weekend in the beautiful house of Adam:) the surroundings are super quiet and very nice. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The highlight was definitely the sauna! For these you pay an extra €20/ 3h. The only thing to note: the hot tub cannot be used during the winter time and bed linen and towels must be brought yourself (otherwise cost €10 p.p.). We had a good time and would come back:)

Everything wonderful, a very nice well equipped house with everything you need. Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away by car. Not far to the spa towns and many other sights. Absolute peace and nature pure. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house is really nice and the fenced garden great. The kids loved the special bedrooms and all the toys. For our dog it was great to have a fenced garden. We got some good tips from the hosts, which helped to enjoy the area! Communication was very good and even when there was an issue the went all the way to fix it.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Ivan is a very kind host who was lightning quick to respond to my messages. The place is very clean and lively and is in a very quiet area. We had a bachelor party there and I'm sure we were a little louder. But that didn't bother anyone. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend the place!

We had booked Pavel's place for a JGA and were completely satisfied with the decision. You live in a more secluded part of Zlutice (small tip: first take the navigation to Zlutice and then enter the address of the house, we were guided by Google Maps via a forest path that was very adventurous;)). Pavel lives directly next door and was super helpful and with translation app the communication also worked very well. We would say that the house is perfect for 9 people, so everyone can sleep in the bedrooms, for the 10th person there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The place was tidy and the sauna was very good. We definitely recommend the place.

I booked this cabin two days before my trip with my dog after our original Airbnb canceled last minute. Adam and Jitka were very responsive and made sure the cabin was ready in time. The cabin is a bit harder to find, and the road leading there was a little bumpy. However, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, and the cabin itself is much cozier than it looks in the pictures—the photos don't do it justice. I had to handle the heating myself (gathering wood and keeping the fireplace going) and pump water from a nearby well, which took some time to figure out since it was new to me, but Jitka explained everything clearly. My only real complaint is the bathroom situation, although I was informed about it beforehand. You have to step outside to access the bathroom, which is located below the cabin—this can feel scary at night, especially when you're staying alone. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.

Very nice place to stay above the river bed with fantastic views. The path to the cabin and the dock is sometimes difficult, but feasible as a fit person. Overall a great stay!
