The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

A nicely cut room with bathroom, there was a large common room with fireplace for heating.

The place was nice and clean. Very welcoming hosts. Very comfortable mattress. Warmly heated. Everything is ready as it should. In addition, a crib was available, and we didn't ask for that. It was like new and beautifully covered. Very nice nature nearby. Quiet everywhere. Recommended for everyone 😇

We had a great stay at this house. The house exceeded our expectations. We were three couples and each had their own bedroom, which gave us plenty of personal space. Everywhere was very clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, which made it easy for us to cook and eat. The owner of the house was always helpful and available, she answered all our questions and showed the utmost care of our comfort. The house has a very nice atmosphere, it is cozy and feels great in it. We'd love to come back!

The house is very cosy and a very good spot to explore Šumavá and the castles nearby. We loved swimming in the river Otava in Sušice so much. The place is quiet and if you want to be just lazy is sitting on the terrace the best option. Vit & Katerina had very good recommendations for us and answered very fast. Thanks a lot, we spent a great relaxing week.

Everything was wonderful,everything was as described. The hostess was hospitable,helped to check in earlier. Quiet, cozy,near the forest,under the crack of the fireplace enjoyed meeting with friends. If we had more time we stayed with pleasure longer. Three bedrooms with double beds, one of them also has a folding bed. There were towels,dishes, linens, two toilets, a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher. Well organized a place for the grill with the opportunity to sit alfresco. Sauna - so we enjoyed using it. Everything is well organized and even labeled for lightness to find everything. I don't need a fire extinguisher or a first-aid kit,even such details are thought out. The courtyard is fenced,so your pet can feel free,and you do not worry. For small children I recommend to take your favorite games with you. The whole house is decorated in the style of oasis rustikal. The bathrooms are new,clean,good repairs. I recommend all my heart.

We stayed at the cottage with our 2 children (6Y and 3Y). We loved the property. The children could play freely in the garden and also the swing and slide shared use. The house was also super sufficient for the 4 of us. The entrance up to the beds was not perfect as it was a roof staircase and at the top just then the open gap. We then put chairs in front of the gap that the kids don't fall down. But otherwise everything was really great and the kids also did a great job of climbing up and down. The landlords were super sweet and helpful. When it was cold one evening, we also got the wood for the stove directly. I booked this cabin two days before my trip with my dog after our original Airbnb canceled last minute. Adam and Jitka were very responsive and made sure the cabin was ready in time. The cabin is a bit harder to find, and the road leading there was a little bumpy. However, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, and the cabin itself is much cozier than it looks in the pictures—the photos don't do it justice. I had to handle the heating myself (gathering wood and keeping the fireplace going) and pump water from a nearby well, which took some time to figure out since it was new to me, but Jitka explained everything clearly. My only real complaint is the bathroom situation, although I was informed about it beforehand. You have to step outside to access the bathroom, which is located below the cabin—this can feel scary at night, especially when you're staying alone. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice stay at Ihor's house. Everything was spotless clean all amenities as described on the page were there. And things were like shown in the pictures. The garden is also a very nice plus!

The accommodation was very nice, the cottage has its charms ☺️ Mrs. Monika is very nice and immediately responded to all our questions. If you're not looking for luxury, but a quiet place with atmosphere, I recommend! ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin and celebrated a birthday there. The location is fantastic – in the middle of the forest, absolutely quiet and perfect to escape everyday life. The cabin itself is very large and spacious, ideal for groups – we were around 20 people and had more than enough space. The amenities were great: the kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. You can tell that this has been thought out. A small note: for electricity consumption over the weekend, there were another 60 euros – this should be kept in mind when planning. Overall, however, a clear recommendation – we would come back anytime!

We loved the location. Perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and kayaking and visiting nearby attractions like a 13th century Burg called Burg Rabi or the Pilsen brewery. Large enough for 8.

We spent the Easter weekend here with the grandparents. Since we did not leave the accommodation, I cannot say anything about the area. But the place was great. Lots of space. Personal tour of Robert's animals. Large barbecue. And especially to highlight the bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. This makes getting up and getting to bed very relaxed.

Quiet and peaceful environment, cozy accommodation, privacy and outdoor patio, barbecue. Friendly owners. Within walking distance of a pub.

The place has more than met the expectations, it was very well organized, everything tidy, the top where the rooms were was great, we liked it very much. The accommodation is in a quiet area but close to the center, 10 min from the park where the river is located and many areas to walk and enjoy with the children. The anditriona is very friendly, she explained everything to us, she also left us some detail of her orchard. We loved the stay, I'm sure we'll repeat. We recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend time in an area near Sumava and have all the amenities.
