Monthly Rentals in Pocopson Township

Very unique, peaceful and fun place to stay. We had fun looking at the horses and alpacas on the property. Short walks or long hikes are available right on the property. Peter met us in person to make sure we were able to get in and gave us verbal as well as written instructions about the property. I highly recommend.

I stayed here for a short overnight trip to visit the Longwood Gardens. The Airbnb was super cozy, clean and looked just like the listing. My only gripe was that it was really cold and it took a little while for the rooms to heat up. But everything else about the spot was great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and organized. It was nice having a pack n play & high chair at the location. Walking distance to every thing! Lorenzo’s pizza and twin valley coffee are great spots. If we come back to the west Chester area, we hope to stay here again!
