The house has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a ping-pong table. It is possible to book 2 electric bikes in advance. The house is located by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the parking lot by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and only nature.

Like in the old days, without electricity and with hand-heated water, you can try a slow way of "being". Don't worry, everything is arranged so that your comfort is not disturbed. On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

You can expect a spacious common area with a view of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026) and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).
