Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The garden allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will be a change of scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
