Our 1 bedroom, recently renovated home is located on iconic Newport Avenue in Ocean Beach with amazing elevated views of Ocean Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach & La Jolla. Enjoy the ocean breeze with sublime sunset views from the deck or patio. Only a short walk down to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and award-wining winery, yet far enough above the rat race to enjoy a surprising amount of peace and quiet. There is plenty of windows with great sunset and ocean views. Perfect for 2 people.

Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

Located in Cortez Hill - walk to the nicest neighborhoods in downtown like Little Italy, Gaslamp, East Village, and the Embarcadero. There is no full kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator, small microwave, and a pot for heating water. This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, events at the Convention Center, Padres Games, great eateries, and the best of Downtown San Diego.

This unit is close to the beach, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego airport. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach, stores, restaurants, breweries and bars. Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!
