I can't say enough about how beautiful the place is! With all of the windows you have great views and I found it to be a perfect place to unwind after exploring Kauai. The place is clean, and has everything you should need. Matt is also very responsive should anything else come up! When I had a bit of trouble with the lock upon arrival Matt responded instantly and I was good to go. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo itself is comfortable and just as pictured in the profile. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and looking at the beautiful grounds. There is a closet full of beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrella, boogie board for outings. When you go to the beach right out front you can get towels, chairs and snorkeling equipment onsite. The beach was perfect for relaxing and safe for swimming. It’s a perfect location. We also loved using the Poipu Sports Club access for morning workouts. They also have a pass you can purchase if you have a late flight out! It was a fantastic stay.

If you can afford this place, just go ahead and book this. We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place. The home was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a standout — fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a grill outside that made cooking and dining in a pleasure. The incredible view made every moment even more special, whether enjoying morning coffee or grilling at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed and often took advantage of the quick walk to hideaway beach or the 1 hotel. Paul was a fantastic host, and every detail of the property showed care and thoughtfulness. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend — we would gladly stay again!

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

The home is wonderful! A great getaway and close to the roaring ocean. Although you cannot see the ocean, we heard the waves crashing on big swells. The bikes for rent at The Cliffs gave us an easy way to get around. The home is a little dark, but during the day we were always out anyway. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were comfy. The additional beach gear was also great to use. This is a great place for families or a few couples. We had an amazing 9 night stay and would definitely go back. The host was great at communication and gave us lots to read about before we arrived. Wonderful place and close to all our favorite spots in Princeville!

It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

Shaun's place is advertised as a great spot for families (and I totally get that), but it was also more than enough for a couple. We enjoyed the jalousie windows throughout, and the INCREDIBLE water pressure and heat in the shower! We didn't use the kitchen facilities at all but it seemed well-equipped. In particular, I read the Hawaiian cookbook on the coffee table cover-to-cover and learned a lot! This was our first stop on the island, before heading north, and it was a great place to orient and dip our toes in the water nearby. Word of warning: do not use the Marriott lounging facilities near the beach - it is not for our use. Although this location is not prime for access to the beach, it is only about an 8 minute walk, there's plenty of parking, and it's quick to hit the road for coffee or dining. I also appreciate a bed that has way too many pillows, and this one fit the bill. Overall, a really nice place and Shaun is friendly!

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and again it lived up to our expectations! The home is clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The pool/hot tub/patio, complete with a covered pool bar with flat screen tv, refrigerator, dishwasher and half bath make outdoor living so easy and comfortable. Seeing the sea turtles resting in the inlet and the ocean views are the icing on the cake! We had one issue come up and Deani was on it immediately and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We cannot wait to return!

Tim & Karen were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and helpful! A great stop for the night before doing the Kalalau Trail.

Laura was great. Very responsive and helpful with tips and ideas. Friendly and the location is centrally located in Princeville and close to Hanalei. We will be back!

We loved our stay at this home. The location is great. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Hanalei beach, which is our favorite beach in Hawaii. Our kids loved playing in the water and on the sand. We picked this house largely for its amenities. Having a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, sand toys, beach chairs and so much more made it so nice that we didn't have to try to bring all those things with us. And there were little things that weren't specifically called out in the listing that were really fun. One morning I found my daughter and my niece having a tea party with a little tea set they had found. It was adorable and completely unexpected. The backyard shower was nice after coming back from the beach to get the sand off. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and outdoor seating. The air conditioning kept it comfortable inside. All in all, we had a great vacation. My only regret is that it's over.

It’s an amazing place to stay for a nice vacation. The resorts gave us a wonderful welcome gift when we checked in. Clean beach towels, fresh lemon water and coffee every day. We will be back soon. Jason is a great host!

We had such a great time! Really enjoyed the local beach and athletic club, were able to lift weights and go swimming as well eat at the restaurant one night, they had great fish tacos and drinks. We also were able to walk to a near by Luau at the Sheraton, it was worth the price. Would stay there again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Merris’ beautiful condo. There were four of us and we had a wonderful time together. The sofa bed was comfortable for two. But we are all on the light side. We cooked almost all of our meals at home and ate on the lanai. Truly paradise. Merris answered our question quickly and throughly. We used the inner tubes, umbrella and mat that were available for us. We had a great time together Thank you Merris.

Samantha’s condo was wonderful! We loved the location, and appreciated the semi ocean view! The condo was clean, easy to access & had everything we needed. We have a toddler and it was great to be on the first floor- plus having the extra pull out bed! So nice to have toys, beach chairs, & kids utensils and not think about bringing or buying those. The condos can be louder at times with lawn work, or people outside or passing by but it was never a disruption or problem. The bed & pull out couch was comfortable as well as the chairs. There was good storage space, & hangers! Overall we had a great stay and vacation in Kauai!

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

My stay with Live Suites was great. Clean facilities and very helpful staff made for great stay. Access is allowed to neighboring resort while plenty to do at this facility. Definitely worth the stay and worth a repeat.

10/10 would stay again at this amazing escape on Poipu Beach! The condo was exactly as described. The gorgeous beach and delicious restaurants are just a short walk away. Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed taking advantage of the Marriott with 2 bedrooms on the beach!
