Tyler and his place were exceptional. Everything that was said in traveler's previous reviews we got to experience during our visit. Tyler's place is so quiet and clean and it is so big (specially the lanai). The grounds are so very beautiful and the pool area is big and just a few steps from the condo. Tyler is great with communication, checking in with you to make sure that everything is ok as your stay gets underway. He provides easy to understand instructions for using the condo. Tyler had a freezer go out just before our stay but he communicated the repair and a new fridge/freezer was quickly delivered and installed the next day. It all worked out perfect. This is a great place to stay in Princeville and we would definitely recommend and use again for future trips.

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!

Marn’s place was one of the best parts of our trip to Hawaii. The unit is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The photos don’t do it justice and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Additionally, the unit is stocked with many extras and supplies that you just don’t see in other units. The chocolate coated macadamia nuts and cookies were a nice touch! To top it all off, Marn is an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Overall this was probably the most pleasant experience we have had with a vacation rental.

We had the most beautiful view of the resort and ocean. Enjoyed the Oasis restaurant on the last night of our stay. It was delicious. The resort location was perfect location for going up north or south on the island. Grocery was right across the street as well as many wonderful eateries nearby. Everything went smooth. Olga was a great host!

We recently stayed at the Princeville HI Cottage and had an absolutely perfect experience. The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The small plunge pool was such a treat—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay! It truly felt like a peaceful, private retreat, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This house was an amazing experience. The decor was a perfect tropical oasis. A very fun way to spend a vacation in Hawaii. I think my favorite part was all of the unique lamps in all of the rooms. The house had such a Tiki bar feel to it, and it felt cozy, just like being home. Plenty of space for the 5 of us who stayed there. Loved the backyard and the vocalizing geckos as I read my book on the lanai. I enjoyed staying in a location that was not overcrowded with tourists. And I had a wonderful surprise seeing tiny fish swim in the small ponds in the front yard. I would stay in this house again for future Hawaii visits. Love love love this house!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was easy to check in. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We made breakfast every morning and enjoyed eating it on the lanai. It was a perfect place to watch the sunrise or rain. I loved the peekaboo view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well to keep the bedroom and condo cool. The beach is a short walk away. We were there the middle of April and the beach only had a few visitors every time we went. We enjoyed the farmer's market at the Coconut Marketplace. Visiting with the locals and supporting their small businesses was a highlight. The marketplace was a convenient place to get snacks and some local food, but there is also a Safeway a short distance from the condo where you can stock up on groceries. We stayed for a week, so having access to the laundry was nice. We would definitely love to stay again.

This is a fantastic and comfortable spot. We were here for our honeymoon. This rental had a great mix of great location (easy to take a drive up to north or south of island), resort community, and good view. People gathered on the beach every morning between our window and the sunrise because it’s one of the best views in the whole complex. Staff and resort guests were super friendly, and for us it was a good dose of social time. We spent a lot of time hiking or at the beach, so it could be a little cramped if you stayed in the room the whole time, and the microwave room is on site but in a different building. Provided bath and beach towels, a cooler, drinking glasses and Dunkin’ k cups for the coffee maker. Parking fees for rental car was extra but still the best value for how good this place is. Would stay again. This was the perfect end for our trip to relax and explore the beautiful island of Kauai. Mahalo.
