“Peter is a friendly host and the house is spotless. The place is easy to find and buses run regularly if you don't fancy the walk. Peter responds quickly to questions and I felt comfortable making hot drinks and cooking in the kitchen.”

“Myself and my husband went to Eastbourne for a long weekend, we had a great time at Emma and John's apartments. The location was perfect with great views, the place was stylish and very clean. Emma was welcoming and lovely and was always easy to get in touch with and made us feel very at home. We would definitely recommend :) thanks Emma and John again x”
Large attic room, private bathroom in friendly Edwardian home. Close to railway station/town centre, seafront/pier, South Downs Way, Devonshire Tennis, theatres, Towner Art Gallery, shops, pubs, restaurants and Beachy Head and the South Downs. (Please note that the room is at the top of the house with 3 flights of stairs with the private bathroom underneath - this may not suit older guests/those who need the bathroom during the night!)
“The host and her roommate are two fantastic ladies, but the house could use a good deep cleaning. Keep in mind I was here for an entire month. I would book her private suite and not an actual bedroom for any stay. And if you’re planning on staying more than a few days please only book the suite. Trust me by the end of your first week you’ll be wanting the “no stairs” life for starters. When she put stairs on her listing, she means it folks. Do not book this particular room unless you’re absolutely sure you can hike the 4 flights of stairs. And I mean, if you’re about to head out the door and you forget your phone hike abilities. Once you get to the bottom, you’ll be having one heck of a personal debate on whether you climb that mountain of stairs and go get your phone, or say nope and walk out the door without it.”
