place is clean and almost all of the amenities worked perfectly. tv is there, but no stations are available so it's useless. nice small kitchen, and the water heater worked like a charm. some minor issues with the toilet flush and the shower that for some reason wet the floor everytime you use it. outside there's no available space and the little public park seemed forgotten by the local authorities. overall a fine experience and the price was fair at the time I reserved

All in all a great and pleasant stay, very friendly, flexible and attentive. Margherita even baked a nice traditional Easter cake for us! Totally recommended

Felice was very kind, always available. beautiful house, the area is very nice and quiet being in low season, but with a pool in front of the house. along the sea 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk, with clubs for young people and families, km of beach with both facilities and free facilities.

Excellent discovery of the region thanks to the privileged location of Vito's house! The place was very clean and quiet, with everything you need for cooking. The garden is also very nice, we felt at home! We would highly recommend it!!
