Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

This place was really beautiful, we had complete privacy, we enjoyed the peace, the sea, the neighborhood. We definitely want to go back.

Everything was perfect! Agata, her father, Zeljko and his wife were super friendly and always very helpful! Communication was super fast! The house is beautiful, really remote and calm! Perfect if you are looking for an island escape and are not in the mood for other people ;)

Location of the apartment is great, with a sea view from the balcony and like 30meters from the sea. Perfect spot for sunrise. Had a short trail right near the house to the next village. Walkable distance from market and cafe. Comfortable bed.

The apartment was really tidy and had a comfy balcony where you can just sit, relax and enjoy your day. The sea was literally 10 meters away from us. It was amazing overall.

We had a great time at Nikolina's place. The apartment is very functional, quality bedding and the view: EXCEPTIONAL! Only problem, at this time, many restaurants and grocery stores were closed so you have to think about shopping before arriving on the island.

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

Very good service and ideal location, however a renewal of the bedding would be to consider ( we felt the springs of the mattress) for the rest bed linen and cleanliness nothing to complain about , I recommend

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The host was welcoming us personally and told us all we needed to know. There were even drinks in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. If there are questions, the host is more than willing to answer and help us. The swimming pool is very clean and cool and a musthave with such pretty warm temperatures outside. We would definitely recommend this place to you! Our family vacation was perfect. Everything was just the same as the photos. The amenities in the house were lacking in nothing. The house was really very clean. The location was quiet and it was really just a few steps to the sea. The pool was cleaned several times early in the morning. After a week's stay, new linens were offered. Replacement towels were in the closet. There were small shops in the village. For larger purchases we drove 15 min to get everything. There are also nice restaurants in the village - great. Contact with Tomislav and Marta on site went smoothly. Marta was always accessible and gave us tips ! All in all, I can recommend this place purest heart, it was really fantastic.

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are almost identically constructed (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. To Zadar you drive approx. 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

Nice and fresh house with its own pool and and nice pool area. The ocean is a few steps away from the grounds. Quiet area and car is preferable to have as it is a bit to the shop and restaurants. Very nice and helpful owner of the house! We may well consider coming back!

We had a fantastic break. The Vila is lovely & the location is superb. Nikolina was very responsive and a great host. Recommended.

Awesome accommodation!

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Just words of appreciation for all hosts! The place is as in the description. Ideal for families with young children because the cottage is right on the beach, right next to the cottage is a parking lot and a super restaurant with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend to everyone, and we hope to come again

We were a little skeptical at the beginning as we have never stayed at a campsite. But we are extremely positively surprised by this great concept. However, the mobile home is extremely comfortable and there is everything you need for the day. Air conditioning in every room, which makes it a little more bearable at 35°C in the shade. The campsite is clean, shops are easily accessible. There are three stands nearby and within walking distance. Our little dog, 14kg, was even tolerated on the beach. All in all, this was a great vacation for our family of four plus dog.

Our stay in the Holiday House KIM was ver peaceful, we had great time. We enjoyed the garden the most, with its hammocks and beds. We used the SUP and snorchelled a lot. The road to the house was scary at first and can get exciting when you face another car, but we got used to it quickly. You can not drink the tap water, and the owners suggested to use the water wisely, so we did so and it was fine. The communication with the owners was very smooth and easy, they were helpful and nice. Due to the small bay there are a lot of mosquitos but the owners prepared repellents for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can find everything to cook. The beds for 4 adults and 4 kids were enough but the place got a bit crowded. During the day we stayed in the garden, it was nice, we grilled in the evening and enjoyed the clear water. Thank you for the 10 peaceful days Josipa and Dalibor.

We are very happy with our stay at Ines' house. The house is very beautiful, with it's own beach, so private and quiet. The house is well decorated and very cozy. The back yard is nice with a very comfortable seating areas to have dinner, ready a book or just enjoy watching the see in front of you. The location is good too, close to the town center and to the beautiful city of Zadar which you absolutely have to visit. The hosts were very responsive, easy to communicate with and did everything we asked for. I highly recommend this place to everyone who prefers nice and quiet vacation on the beach and yet with plenty to do around there.

A friendly host and a great stay for two couples and a dog for an autumn break. The beach is within walking distance and Paklenica National Park is a short drive away.
