Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

Toto miesto bolo naozaj krásne, mali sme úplne súkromie, užívali sme si pokoj, more, okolie. Určite sa ešte chceme vrátiť.

Location of the apartment is great, with a sea view from the balcony and like 30meters from the sea. Perfect spot for sunrise. Had a short trail right near the house to the next village. Walkable distance from market and cafe. Comfortable bed.

Jure und Jures Eltern waren sehr gastfreundliche und extrem aufmerksame Gastgeber. Jure war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die sehr große Terrasse und Aussicht sind ein absolutes Highlight 🌞 Schöne, ruhige Lage! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist etwas veraltet, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, daher würden wir es definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

The apartment was really tidy and had a comfy balcony where you can just sit, relax and enjoy your day. The sea was literally 10 meters away from us. It was amazing overall.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nikolina. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, litterie de qualité et la vue : EXCEPTIONNELLE ! Seul hic, à cette période, beaucoup de restaurants et d’épiceries étaient fermés donc il faut bien penser à faire des courses avant d’arriver sur l’île.

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

Très bonne prestation et emplacement idéal, cependant un renouvellement de la literie serait à envisager ( nous sentions les ressorts du matelas) pour le reste linge de lit et propreté rien à redire , je recommande

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The host was welcoming us personally and told us all we needed to know. There were even drinks in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. If there are questions, the host is more than willing to answer and help us. The swimming pool is very clean and cool and a musthave with such pretty warm temperatures outside. We would definitely recommend this place to you! Unser Familienurlaub war perfekt. Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Ausstattung im Haus hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage war ruhig und es waren wirklich nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer. Der Pool wurde früh morgens mehrfach gereinigt. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde neue Bettwäsche angeboten. Ersatzhandtücher lagen im Schrank. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es im Ort. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir 15 min gefahren um alles zu besorgen. Auch nette Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden - Super. Der Kontakt mit Tomislav sowie mit Marta vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Marta war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps ! Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft reinstem Herzen empfehlen, es war wirklich traumhaft.

Marija und ihr Bruder Frane waren sehr großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell kommunizieren konnte. Das moderne Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen eingeteilt, welche sogut wie identisch aufgebaut sind (die untere Wohnung hat noch zusätzlich ein separates Klo) Der Pool mit etwas Salzwasser und den eingebauten Whirlpooldüsen ist ein absolutes Highlight und war auch in den kälteren Abendstunden angenehm warm. Insgesamt war das gesamte Grundstück und Haus sehr sauber und großräumig, was den Aufenthalt einer größeren Gruppe sehr angenehm macht. Bis nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20-25 Minuten, allerdings gibts auch relativ nah innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeit einige gute und leckere Restaurants.

Fint och fräscht hus med egen pool och och fint poolområde. Havet finns några steg bort från tomten. Lugnt område och bil är att föredra att ha då det är en bit till affär och restauranger. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam ägare av huset! Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att komma tillbaka!

Es war einfach perfekt! Dieser Ort und dieses Haus sind so idyllisch! Es ist nur paar Meter vom Meer. Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und nett. Die ganze Nachbarschaft ist total nett. Wir wurden versorgt mit Gartengemüse und durften uns jeden Tag am Feigenbaum bedienen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

Za sve domaćine samo riječi hvale! Smještaj je kao i u opisu. Idealno za obitelji sa malom djecom jer je kućica na samoj plaži, odmah pokraj kućice parking i super restoran sa prihvatljivim cijenama. Svakako za preporučiti svima, a mi se nadamo doći opet

Wir waren zu Beginn etwas skeptisch da wir noch nie auf einem Campingplatz gewohnt haben. Aber wir sind äußerst positiv überrascht von diesem tollen Konzept. Das Mobile Home ist aber äußerst komfortabel und es ist alles vorhanden was man so für den Tag braucht. In jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, das macht es bei 35°C im Schatten doch etwas erträglicher. Der Campingplatz ist sauber, Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Es sind drei stände nahe liegend und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser kleiner Hund, 14kg, wurde sogar am Strand geduldet. Alles in allem war das ein toller Urlaub für unsere vierköpfige Familie plus Hund.

Our stay in the Holiday House KIM was ver peaceful, we had great time. We enjoyed the garden the most, with its hammocks and beds. We used the SUP and snorchelled a lot. The road to the house was scary at first and can get exciting when you face another car, but we got used to it quickly. You can not drink the tap water, and the owners suggested to use the water wisely, so we did so and it was fine. The communication with the owners was very smooth and easy, they were helpful and nice. Due to the small bay there are a lot of mosquitos but the owners prepared repellents for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can find everything to cook. The beds for 4 adults and 4 kids were enough but the place got a bit crowded. During the day we stayed in the garden, it was nice, we grilled in the evening and enjoyed the clear water. Thank you for the 10 peaceful days Josipa and Dalibor.

We are very happy with our stay at Ines' house. The house is very beautiful, with it's own beach, so private and quiet. The house is well decorated and very cozy. The back yard is nice with a very comfortable seating areas to have dinner, ready a book or just enjoy watching the see in front of you. The location is good too, close to the town center and to the beautiful city of Zadar which you absolutely have to visit. The hosts were very responsive, easy to communicate with and did everything we asked for. I highly recommend this place to everyone who prefers nice and quiet vacation on the beach and yet with plenty to do around there.

Casa con vista sul mare stupenda, pulita e attrezzata per cucinare e rilassarsi. Cucina super accessoriata, divano comodo così come i letti. All esterno zona relax con divanetti. Parcheggio privato attaccato a casa comodo anche per moto. Host chiaro, disponibile ed educato. Unica pecca: nel quartiere ci sono diverse case in ristrutturazione con i disagi che le ristrutturazioni possono dare.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub, die Lage des Grundstücks mit den beiden Mobilheimen ist großartig. Vlado und Sanda sind jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es kam täglich ein Obst/ Gemüse Händler und ein Eiswagen vorbei, das war praktisch weil es kein Geschäft in der Nähe gibt. Wer das Meer und die Natur liebt ist hier goldrichtig.
