“Leslies place was AMAZING. Book this cottage, you will not be disappointed. She was so thoughtful and accommodating with so many cute touches all around the cabin, left lots of snacks and stuff for smores. My husband and I recently found out we were expecting our first baby and it came up in conversation with Leslie while booking. When we arrived, I saw she had left a little gift for our new little one on the way. Probably the best host I've ever worked with on airbnb. Beautiful cabin!”

“If you want to enjoy a serene, curious, and cozy vacation, come to Heritage Hollow! Me and my family of five + our dog Monk won’t forget this beautiful experience. Aby was an above and beyond host. She set the tone for a cozy farm life experience. First of all, the home is lovely. A spacious kitchen full of every utensil and contraption for food making, soft blankets galore, three comfortable rooms for sleeping (the King sized bed is literal heaven). There is a fireplace in the dining area and a large table to gather round. Cozy lighting and outdoor bird feeders add extra serenity. The bathrooms offer all that you need and then some. The entire home is very clean and the details - lighting, furniture, and antiques - are extra inviting. A site to sink into. Once you get over the farmhouse and then step back outdoors, the joyful overwhelm starts again. Get up close and personal with horses, sheep, chickens, bunnies, cats, and the glorious New Finland, Scout! These creatures are so grounding and fun to interact with. My children were delighted to help Aby with farm chores, and Aby graciously obliged them. My kids fell in love with Aby. They cried the day we had to leave, telling me how much they would miss her. Coming to this place, I could feel the love in every detail. It was a good place to rest and spend quality time with family. We will definitely be returning! Is it too soon to say home away from home? Come visit! You will be so glad you did!”

“The studio is one of the best long stays I have stayed in. It’s small and BIG at the same time. Huge ceilings , super cool kitchen with the bathroom.. it is perfect. Kelly , the host of the place was kind and super friendly, I had packages delivered while I stayed and I didn’t want the UPS to leave it out by the door so I informed her and she helped me out by putting them by my door. The studio is a perfect place if you want to work from home or just be lazy and do nothing. Kitchen was super clean and everything was easy to find. The host took extra time to disinfect the place for me before I moved in and the place smelled great and welcoming. If I ever find myself in Morrison, IL or near Morrison I’m going to book this place. It was home far away from home!”
