Monthly Rentals in Ponce

The place was clean and beautiful. It was as described and very easy to enter. The location is not the best, as it's not the only place there. There are some dogs that kept barking next door and finding the place wasn't the easiest. The back door can you a bigger blind or curtain since its glass and its in the room. Love the shower and there is hot water. Host also left some chips and water which is nice, overall great experience, the things mentioned are not to knock down the place but to make it even better.

10 stars if possible. You can't ask for better hosts than Joan and Javier. Arrived in Ponce in the middle of the night and Javier was waiting with a friendly smile. Joan was very responsive, checking in to be sure everything was good. The unit is exactly as described. Clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great A/C and a big screen smart TV. Location walkable to major supermarket and huge mall with lots of dining options, movies, Macy's and JC Penney. I can't recommend Joan's place enough and will definitely seek availability on my next trip to beautiful Ponce. Thank you Joan and Javier for ensuring a wonderful stay.

Excellent place! Everything was very comfortable and clean. A very private place and perfect for rest. Everything was clean and we didn't need anything. I would repeat the stay
