The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

A great place for the family. Lots of space, very close to the beach, close to good restaurants, quiet and peaceful place. We were received by Mr. Giovani and his wife, super attentive and receptive, with cool tips on what's nearby. I recommend it and will return on another occasion.

Leonardo is a top quality host, the super clean and organized house, perfect bed and bath linens, we found everything we need in the kitchen, well equipped and clean, my family felt at home, we appreciate the affection with which we were treated . Perfect location, snack bars, pharmacy, bakery and markets on the corner.

I have used the platform for years, for several Brazilian states and this was without doubt the best accommodation we have ever been in. We were in 9 people and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful that you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of empathy and unparalleled attention, everything we requested was attended quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about your stay. I can't fail to quote Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and home services while we were there. Leandro's apartment is great! The place is exactly like those in the photos. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, equipped with the necessary for a good stay. The condominium has an excellent infrastructure with large pools, game rooms, movie room, sauna, gym.... With regard to Leandro, always very available and attentive. I will return whenever I can.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

Very cozy house for big family. Pertinho da Praia, near João Pessoa and close to the best sights of cabedelo. Market and pharmacy nearby as well Erivan is a very 10 guy! We were well received and helped us with questions and information about local attractions and tours. Rejected everything Super quickly recommend this space with Erivan!

Exceeds listing expectations. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning, with 1 with bathtub. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need to live. The TV room has a balcony with a great network for rest and the TV with closed channels and movies. The internet is very good. The two parking spaces in the garage fit big cars. The condominium has a party room and a pleasant pool. The location is perfect, waterfront and even from the side, the apartment from the sea views. Talking about Pollyana is easy: the best host we've ever encountered on numerous trips. Attenciosa, understanding and helped us through all the mishaps we encountered on the trip. We will return to Joao Pessoa and without a doubt we will seek to stay there again.
