The apartment is very cozy and the location is amazing, less than 5 minutes walking down the waterfront. Near the main sights of the city. Super recommend. We'll be back more often!

The site is extremely clean and cute. It met all of our needs. Facilitated Checkin, close to the beach, polite gatekeepers. My experience in Maceió made even better.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Perfect stay. Perfect location. Steps from the beach (from to see the sea from the window). Building with a good pool for the post beach and easy garage. Apartment exactly as described. All amenities listed and sufficient for the stay. Fabiana is nice and solicitous. And Maceió is perfect!

The location is perfect, close to everything on the French beach, it's very clean in the accommodation, and with the essentials to do well. I recommend it to everyone.

My stay was excellent!! There was nothing missing, everything was excellent. Very well cared for, smell, organized and very cozy. I've been through a couple of appo on airbnb, all of which was the best. The perfect location, the roof view is passionate, the communication with Matheus was 100%, always very proactive. Good furniture, all tidy, extremely smelling. I will definitely stay if I return to Maceió! Perfect, note 10! 😍

Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We really enjoyed staying there.

Very well located apartment with an excellent breakfast in the building commercial area. Less than a 5-minute walk from Lopana, Kanoa and Ponta Verde beach stalls. Leisure area with pool and an excellent panoramic view of Maceió. The only downside is a building under construction that took all the view of the beach from the apartment, but as I was all day off it did not demerse the space at all. It would return again without a doubt.

Great host and wonderful space, I will definitely return other times. the only negative point is the work that is happening next door, but I fully understand that it is not her fault. Outstanding service and place would come back without hesitation

This is one of the better places to stay in Maceio/ Rosa is a responsive and great host. The building and area around the building is nice. Very close to the beach. The elevator button for that side didnt work and I had to go through the fire escapt use the elevator on the other side to go down. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and well located so I recommend it. Make sure you pay attention when you request Uber as the Uber location tries to send you to the far side.

wonderful place, cozy environment, all organized, Ligia responds super fast, the pool area and restaurant does not even want to go to other places, beaches nearby, just access to the beaches that is indicated to go by car, you can not walk as the Villas advertisement suggests that you have access to the beach, but I am very satisfied and I will come back other times

A gem in the heart of Maceió with an exceptional host! My stay in Wanda's apartment in downtown Maceió was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to the city's beaches, restaurants, markets and major attractions. The apartment itself is impeccable, very well decorated, comfortable and has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. But what really made the difference was Wanda. From the time of booking to checkout, his hospitality was incredible. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. You can tell she cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make them feel at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Maceió and looking for a great place

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place.
