The building has: free parking (but rotating), swimming pool, gym, games room, gourmet space, home office, sauna and jacuzzi (sauna and jacuzzi, pay a fee by appointment). The App. it is located on the 13th floor, just one floor above the leisure area (which does not interfere with the silence of the room).

Excellent apartment location, in Ponta Verde.

Our apartment is located in the Amethyst 7 Building, a reference of good taste and an exceptional location, in the heart of the trendiest neighborhood in Maceió. The apartment is simple, but all planned and decorated, on the fifth floor, with a little effort you can see the sea of Ponta Verde from the window. Nearby there are restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket, Palato. It has Wi-Fi and an excellent leisure structure with a swimming pool and even a barbecue area on the top floor.
