Monthly Rentals in Ponterio, Todi

Please note that this is a value accommodation. Don't expect the Taj Mahal for $100/night. It is located about 2/3 of the way down Corso Cavour from Piazza Del Popolo, about a 5-minute walk uphill - NOTE: Todi is NOT for those with mobility issues! It is a medieval hill town, after all. Read Bianca's instructions to find the house CAREFULLY. Bianca and her mother were very responsive and gave us all the information in advance. There is free parking nearby, adjacent to the Conad grocery store. The key to the unit is available in a lock box to the side of the door. The place is charming and has everything, including great wifi. We even heated up leftovers twice in the adorable kitchen. NOTE that the unit is on 4 floors! You get cookies, crackers, jams, coffee for the espresso pot, and a bottle of wine - we drank it overlooking the gorgeous view one afternoon. The thermostat is behind a door in the hallway in case it's cool. Ample towels and necessities. Great stay!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!

Staying in this place was a really great experience. Contact with the host was exemplary - quick replies, kindness, and help at every stage made us feel very cared for. The apartment was large, spacious and spotlessly clean, which made a huge impression on us right away. In addition, the balcony and terrace had a beautiful view, which delighted us again every day. The neighborhood itself was also beautiful - peaceful, green, and perfect for walks. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and unforgettable place to relax!
