Cabin vacation rentals in Port Austin

Perfect place to spend the weekend! House is small, but furnished perfectly, you do not feel cramped in any way! Beautiful views, nice pool and hot tub also! So glad we found this airbnb! I’d give 10 stars if possible.

The lease agreement is lengthy never had to do that for a 2 day stay and I’m not sure of the rationale. You have to pay and sign before getting the access code to the place. The description does say to ask if you have questions about the agreement before paying and I wish I would have but overall it was not a problem. The description is accurate; must bring your own sheets, bath towels, hand towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. They do provide dishes and silverware. Beach chairs and fire pit are right across the street. Lovedddd staying here in October it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again!!

great location for a group of friends looking to spend quality time together

The pictures do not do this place justice?! It was so spacious for my family and I. Countless things to keep us entertained during our 5 day stay. Definitely my favorite air bnb I've been to in Michigan so far. I travel for work but enjoy having family and friends visit when they can. This place accommodated everyone perfectly.

Very nice place for a little getaway

This place is amazing! It’s perfect for a midwinter getaway. Can’t imagine how awesome it is in the summer. The main kitchen with its long table - perfect for group meals. Holly was a great communicator and super helpful. Excellent experience start to finish!

loved staying here! the private beach was beautiful, amazing, and beyond my expectations. glad we read reviews and decided to bring a couple extra fans to keep the air moving in the cabin on the hot days, and was grateful for the sauna, hot tub and indoor pool on the cooler days. would absolutely stay here again!

We had a relaxing long weekend at the A frame. It was nice to get away and be able to habe our dogs with us. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Being in the cozy A frame made us feel right at home. The walk down the trail was nice and the view looking over the water was beautiful!

Our family truly enjoyed staying in the cabin and catching up with family! It was very clean and well kept! We will be back for other family events in the future!

Pros- Stunning views from the living area to the lake. Plenty of sandy beach front with all the rocks you would ever want in the water. Impressively clean and beds were made like you were at a 5 star resort. Kim has raised the bar for being a host with Airbnb!! Kim is a 5 star host and thought of everything to make our stay like it was our home. Cons- I don’t have anything negative to say regarding the host, the cabin, the cleanliness, and the location. Kim mentioned this is not baby or child proof; the only concern I would have if I brought little ones would be the outside. There are steep steps down to the beach. Every house in this area has just as many steps down from the house to the beach. Plenty of beach area once you are there, just keep in mind if you pick up rocks, you will have to carry those up the steps.

Decided to take my wife and 2 dogs up. was an absolute blast! lots of attractions and places to walk our dogs and get out of our home. What a perfect place to go! It was perfect!

Beautiful cabin! (A little jealous I don't own it!) We were there for an ice fishing weekend, had a great time and the cabin was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the ice. Very cozy!

The view from the porch of Saginaw Bay provided a lingering sunrise that transports upon every remembrance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Danielle was great. The place was beautiful. We stayed there to go to Bavarian Blast and it was close and an easy drive there.

Well we love their cabin, my husband our dog Charlie and I. This is our 2nd time visiting in April 2025. We got to meet the newest baby goat. It's was great conversating with Kimberly and we learned the history of Kimberly and Jeff property. We also bought some eggs which is also a plus because we do road trips just for farm fresh eggs, they taste so much better then the store bought. We can't wait for the next opportunity to return. We also found out about their other camp sites on their property which you should acquire about, its well worth it.

Every trip to MASH 4077 is greatly anticipated and equally rewarding. Rustic cabins, peace and lots of beach on beautiful Lake Huron just outside your door. Great Hosts. Highly recommend. We will be back. As always 😃

This was the perfect landing pad to explore all that port Austin has to offer. Clean, stylish, and just enough space for our crew of 3 adults and 5 kids. Great location to explore this beautiful area. walkable to shops , restaurants, and the beach! Paulette was super accommodating with us and we look forward to visiting again!

Kim’s cabin was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend up north to end the summer. Kids loved the beach and the board games. Sand lake is gorgeous and although the sand is a bit mucky, it’s still probably the best in-land lake I’ve set foot in in Michigan! Nice and shallow for what seemed like 100ft out from shore! Perfect for my 6 and 10 yr old kids. They used the paddle board and we used the kayaks and metal boat. They loved the slide into the lake and even though it was the last weekend of the year and time to take it out of the water, the owners were gracious enough to let our kids use it for most of the day Saturday. Tawas was only a 15 minute drive! Perfect location and great, quiet safe community. We will definitely be back if Kim and Dutch will have us! Thank you so much again!!! Oh the cabin was great as well and has everything you would need! Fire pit and all the tools for smores!

Jill and Dan are very accommodating Airbnb hosts. We arrived later than expected for an overnight stay on our visit to the Upper Peninsula. Jill was able to accommodate us even though they normally have a 2-day minimum rental policy. They helped us settle in, build a fire in the fire pit, and provided us with a bottle of wine to enjoy as we settled in for the evening. The cabin is a gem. It's decorated nicely, is spotlessly clean, and has everything we needed and more. The quiet, solitude, and peacefulness of the cabin and grounds offer a space for a spiritual retreat. Coupled with the hospitality of Jill and Dan, I highly regard this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene setting. I hope to visit again soon. David J. Burkhard (Indianapolis)

This is such a cute, cozy place in a quiet, serene location! Tip was a great host and very responsive. It is a little less than an hour to the lakeshore and made for such a nice weekend away. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in this Airbnb for perchville weekend! The driveway was plowed and the entry way was shoveled. It was such a cute place that fit all of us! The kitchen had everything you needed. She had extra sheets, blankets, and towels for all of us. It was so much fun and we had some great memories here
