Vacation rentals with a firepit in Port Austin Township

The Hemlock retreat was exactly what we needed for parents of two little kids to get away for a few days. The house was absolutely spotless! The kitchen and dining area was airy and bright with beautiful views of the woods. We watched deer, turkey and woodpeckers during meals. We enjoyed hiking along the creek and through the forest; it's clear that the owners love this property and put a lot of effort into the forest management. The sauna, fireplace and large tub were so nice for warming up. They even provided firewood. The owners house is nearby, but all the main windows face the other direction towards the woods, so we felt like we had lots of privacy. The bed is on the softer side but we slept comfortably. The smart tv was great, and I loved having access to the Sonos speaker in the kitchen so I could play music while cooking. Overall we would definitely come back; it was the perfect stay despite the cold march weather so I imagine it's beautiful in every season. Thank you!

We recently had an incredible stay at this Airbnb with our two dogs! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, set in a quiet neighborhood that provided the perfect getaway as well as peace and quiet. The hosts put thought into every detail, stocking the essentials and making the space feel welcoming and cozy. The beds were super comfortable which was ideal after a full day of exploring the area. From thoughtful amenities to the peaceful atmosphere, this place has everything for a relaxing, memorable stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort and tranquility!

Staying at Two Trees was the perfect fall weekend getaway for my husband, pup and I! The location was perfect to explore the Huron manistee National forest and do some hiking at the Lumberman’s memorial. We also went up to Alpena to try the breweries and the winery. We really enjoyed the Alcona brew haus in harrisville as well - they catered to my husbands allergies and had many vegetarian options for me! Their Oktoberfest was my favorite beer I tried. Our favorite part of the trip was staying at the cabin though - the beach access was amazing and we loved relaxing by the water or walking and rock hunting. The queen bed was also very comfortable and the house has all the amenities you could think of. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to spend some time in the area, at the beach, or in the National forest!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Joy's beautiful lakeside Airbnb, and it was nothing short of amazing. The property is situated right on the lake, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the hot tub, which was the perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque surroundings. The cabin itself was immaculate, with everything sparkling clean and well-maintained. It's evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the place in top-notch condition. Speaking of the host, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. We spent the weekend in birch run for my 21st birthday! The rental unit was amazing for me and five other friends Kathy even decorated the house for my birthday! we appreciate everything she left for us!

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

I had never been to Oscoda before, and Rachel’s place made me feel right at home! Perfect view of the beach, and it was just so so so beautiful. I will definitely be coming back for sure!!

The Hen House is the perfect place to host family or friends for a little getaway. When I arrived, the space was even better than the photos and very spacious. The location is right in downtown Lexington with lots to do, including restaurants with live music, the beach, coffee shops, bars, and cute shops selling local goods/crafts. There are a couple things that did bum me out, including a few outlets not working in the bathrooms, and the parkinglot not being cleared from snow— stairs VERY slippery— but those are not simple fixes for some airbnb hosts and I get it!! There was a shovel and ice salt supplied 👌🏻 Everything else was perfect and more than enough for what we were looking for.

It was the ideal location for a personal retreat. Everything about Cabin #7 fit my needs perfectly, including a brand new TV (for the Lions game lol) and space heater (which came in handy!). The beds and pillows exceeded my expectations and the shower was a nice size and had great water pressure. The 3 large picture windows in the dining area provided an incredible panoramic view of the Lake, without compromising privacy. I won't think twice about returning when the opportunity arises.

What an adorable cabin! Our cabin did not have a bathroom, but the owners had a golf cart that we were able to use to get to and from the bathroom! However, we would’ve been fine without it: it was only a minute walk. But it was still amazing to have. The cabin itself was super cute and very comfortable. There was a heater and fan for us to use and we appreciated it. There was a stream of water which was so beautiful to see especially at this time of year with the leaves. They also supplies fire wood for us which was super nice of them. This was a very nice stay, and we will be back!

This was such a beautiful location and perfect little cabin for a weekend away. The photos do not even do the location justice for how beautiful it is right on the water! Host was responsive when I had a question regarding how to use the heat and the area was quiet and peaceful. Truly a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean, cozy cabin!! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and loved it both times!! Host is very helpful, and made sure we got all settled. Flexible on the check out, and we will definitely be coming back.

We so enjoyed our stay at Denise's house! It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The house was cozy and cute and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed which was great as we cooked multiple meals in it. We loved that there was a private beach within walking distance. The location was great as well, as it was between Port Austin and Caseville so we could travel to both with ease. The bed might be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. Lake Huron is at your backdoor and Tawas Point State Park is really close. Sunrise is easy to view off the sunroom. We loved grabbing groceries in Tawas and exploring East Tawas for shopping.

Danielle was great. The place was beautiful. We stayed there to go to Bavarian Blast and it was close and an easy drive there.
