The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

It is ideally located: 100 m from a very decent bakery, 300 m from the large beach, 600 m from the Mercadona, 100 m from a super nice lowcost bike rental and especially in the area of former fishermen which is extremely typical. Bedroom is at the back of the accommodation and therefore very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place.

Due to power blackout in all of Spain on 28-4-2025, we missed our check-in time with Amparo. Stranded on a train from Barcelona, we finally boarded a bus to Valencia and arrived at the Air BNB hours later. With no phone or internet service we couldn't reach Ampero to change our arrival time. Yet, Ampero waited extra hours to graciously welcome us and show us the apartment! A large bowl of Valencia oranges, fresh bread, water, and more also greeted us. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, and the few blocks to the beach was perfect. The living room balcony, and the back area patio were extra bonuses! All that, and the kindness and helpfulness of Ampero made this the perfect ending to our month in Spain. Thank you, Ampero.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

This place is great!! If you are staying in Valencia this neighbourhood is a great choice, there is everything you need close by and everything is in walking distance! This apartment is on a quieter street, has a bright clean and safe entrance hall and a lift! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more!! We have never seen a better equipped place! The hosts met us at exactly the time we arrived and explained everything clearly and followed this up with messsages and pictures of the equipment so we knew everything (great prompt communication) The bathroom was clean and spacious (seemed bigger than the pictures!) there was loads of wardrobe/storage space, the couch was comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit out on. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept very well! Highly recommend this place, it lacked nothing! Ten stars 🌟

Very friendly hosts who responded quickly and were also super flexible! The accommodation was top and the location too; lots to see within walking distance and nice restaurants around the corner. We have fallen in love with Valencia so will definitely come back, and would then choose this accommodation again! Thank you!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

We can't be more happy to have chosen Marta's apartment! The location is very good, a quiet and central area, the apartment is comfortable, we have traveled with two small children, not only Marta put on a crib but also left toys, stuffed animals and beautiful books for our little ones to be entertained. It's the second year we've gone and we'll keep going back. María Jesús is a lovely woman and is super attentive, you can count on her for whatever you need and she takes great care of the details of her accommodation. It is an ideal place to go with children and spend a few quiet days, the beach is a luxury, yes, one day we found jellyfish, but the rest of us enjoyed it a lot because the beach is super quiet and the water is warm, ideal for children! And the residential development is great, with a restaurant, shop, ice cream shop... We'll be back for sure!

I had a wonderful time this place is beautiful, peaceful and a cut above. Gianina was friendly, helpful and her place was beautiful and well equipped There are many restaurants. The beach is a few steps away from the house and the view is wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

A very good direct welcome from Antonio accompanied by an aperitif appreciated. Complete accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the road to Valencia without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
