Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Port Elizabeth

We had a wonderful vacation again at Shade of Blues. We have stayed here over the years and it feels like a home away from home. Monica& Dave are lovely hosts. We had an excellent stay at Hibiscus House for four days! Casey and Corey were wonderfully responsive from the time we made the booking and generously accommodated us when we showed up unexpectedly early for check in. We were greeted with fresh figs and a spotless, modern space that is true to the photographs. We did not require transfer from the ferry but it was offered to us if we needed. The house is footsteps from Port Elizabeth and an easy walk to beaches along the Belmont Walkway, so very conveniently positioned. The rooms are large and the ensuite bathrooms with rain showerheads were a lovely touch, as well as the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. We also made ample use of the stocked kitchen with new appliances. Our hosts live upstairs but were completely unobtrusive during our stay, however they were a call/message/short walk away if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, and hope to come back!

Bequia is one of the most serene and beautiful places we have ever been! Cleo’s rental unit is amazing, the views are captivating and everything was as described. Will definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to vist Bequia!

Really great place. Sandra and Jamal were super nice. It was easy to communicate with them and they met me down at the road and walked me to the house. The room itself has a comfy bed, clean attached bathroom and a dinner table to sit by. I recommend the place.

I always stay with Al when I'm working in St. Vincent. Great host with a great spot near a lot of restaurants and bars.

Susan and her partner are helpful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and as Susan had to go to Bequia I joined her and had a great time with great company. Also she makes some delicious food!

Great place !!! Will visit again

This was my best experience at an ABNB. the place was better than pictured or expected. Being able to sit on patio or balcony with absolutely no concerns for safety was the most relaxing experience. Every room had access to balcony or patio. Four bedrooms were listed, but it was technically 5. Every room had extra seating, except for the undisclosed 5th BR. AC wasn't working in one room, but since there was a spare room, I didn't bother to report until the end of stay. I would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend a car when staying here because, while it is walkable to public transport, I wouldn't recommend it. Very accessible to beaches and restaurants otherwise. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay, set amidst a beautiful garden and forested mountains, with fantastic views from the balcony: we were happy sitting there for hours at a time! The apartment is spacious and airy, kept cool by the breezes blowing through. Rachel is a lovely host: friendly and welcoming and giving lots of ideas of places to go and things to do. We enjoyed sitting and talking, and walking up to eat at the Bush Bar together. If you rent a car you can get anywhere on the island: we would especially recommend Dark View Falls, Montreal Gardens and the La Soufriere hike from the windward side (buy a ticket at the car park, no guide needed). We would really recommend staying here, and hope to return again sometime!

Great place in a great location. Very close to the beach. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable apartment and really enjoyed use of the swimming pool and the roof terrace for sundowners. Good Wi-Fi and very comfy bed!

What a relief to come to this haven after a long flight! Everything was super clean and tidy. Lots of lovely touches like bottles of ice cold water in the fridge and snacks for the kids. Felt right at home and all slept well. Will definitely return!
