Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

At the port, close to the centre and beach, a privileged location, a bright apartment with sea and hill views. Absolute calm. Living room (large sofa) and well-equipped open kitchen for 4 people. Bedroom (queen-size bed) with adjoining shower room, like the bedroom, with a large window. In the immediate vicinity: shops, restaurants, tram, bus, train. No private parking but several free public spaces available in the immediate vicinity. Paid parking nearby.
