Profitez en famille de ce fabuleux logement qui offre de bons moments en perspective. Il est entièrement équipé pour les familles, dispose d’une place de parking privée, d’une terrasse plein sud avec vue, de la climatisation, de moustiquaires. Il est placé au calme, en retrait de la route. Deux des chambres donnent sur des jardins, idéal pour se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux. Idéalement situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage de la réserve et à une dizaine de minutes du tramway.

Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

Vous apprécierez son cadre bucolique et son emplacement idéal pour visiter la capitale Azuréenne et sa région. A 2 pas des plages, de la promenade des anglais, et de la vieille ville. Situé sur le port de Nice, ce studio climatisé est tout neuf!! Il a été décoré et pensé par des architectes...materiaux de qualité et équipement optimal ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, TV, wifi...) Dans un immeuble typiquement niçois, le studio donne sur une cour tres calme au premier étage. Le quartier du port de Nice est tres convoité: brocantes et terrasses de café et restaurants. L'aéroport de Nice et Monaco en moins de 30 minutes en tramway ou bus.

Fully renovated beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
