Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Quirky Beach House in a great location

"SANDBANK" is in a prime location in Hawks Nest. Minutes walk to Bennetts Beach, Golf Club and local shops. Its main building was originally a commercial Bank that was relocated to this spot years ago, hence its name. It is an open plan, easy house to live in, with 3 TV's, Netflix, Foxtel and free wifi. For winter an indoor fireplace and for summer a great fire pit. The sound of the ocean is very soothing plus loads of books to read and games to play. Front or rear deck to socialise and relax.
