Such a great family holiday location. Undercover carparking right outside the front door. Absolutely beautiful unit and location was amazing. It was quiet and not many people around ( we chose the date well in Winter/Spring ). The pool was closed but reopened on day 2 of our visit. Would recommend for your family and little kids.

The apartment was immaculate, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And the pool...magnificent!! The location is conveniently close to the local shopping centre, Bagnalls Beach, and less than 10 minutes drive into Nelson Bay. Check-in was easy (we arrived on a Sunday, so collected our keys from the after hours lock-box), and communication from the property manager was always prompt, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Kellie’s place. We had planned to visit Anna Bay and Nelson Bay which are under half an hour away but there was so much to do on the door step. We loved the boardwalk behind the home, saw our first koala, the dog beach is amazing as is the sunset over the water. Lemon tree passage 7 mins away had an amazing restaurant, bowling club, gin bar and wonderful waterfront playgrounds also the better of the boat ramps for our small boat. Kellie’s home was immaculate, we all slept so well on the comfy beds and hotel like sheets. We enjoyed the board games, Xbox, bbq, air con and coffee machine. It was all there. Highly recommend!! Would love to stay again.

When I found Magnolia House on AirBNB it looked so perfect at such a good price I asked the host if it was a scam. This property is breath taking. 4 of us girlfriends in our 40s went for a weekend away and instantly wished we had a week. We got glorious weather and spent a huge amount of our time in the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped, the beds so comfortable, it is perfectly designed for entertaining. We enjoyed table tennis battles and admired the gym equipment...from afar haha. At the end if the street is a gorgeous short bush walk to the beach for a refreshing dip and to say hello to the many dogs that were also enjoying the beach. A very short drive to Nelson Bay and less than 10 mins to Shoal Bay. Kathryn was the perfect host, providing local advice and even letting us extend our checkout time at the last minute. I can't wait to come back.

Great large place , pool was a bonus for the hot week we started there

Excellent house for groups. Location and view perfect. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Areas to relax and plenty of space. BBQ and verandah good especially with the servery. Small spa pool and tub were excellent, especially as our weather was very hot! Parking OK but the driveway is very steep. Brilliant and extensive information re appliances , troubleshooting and house/ local area. Very helpful and easy to contact. Butlers pantry and the large extra fridge a lovely surprise and very appreciated. Some minor issues re stated essential items that were not sufficient and maintenance (privately messaged agency). We had a wonderful time in your beautiful art inspired home. Thank you.

Great place. Just finished up a weekender with the wife and kids and found this to be a great place to take a break. Excellent location, nice home with the beach right in front.

Fantastic place, as described. It was spacious for our 2 families to spread out in. Location is 2 mins to sunset beach, which is not so much a beach as a bay. Very shallow water, lots of shells, not y type of beach but other people in the party plus children enjoyed it very much. Since this was more of a bay, there were no waves, and the water was very calm and shallow. We were able to use. The host provided kayaks and standup paddle boards, which were enjoyed by everyone in the group, including the kids. Really great amenities, everything was thought of and provided. The place was clean. Location was great with a few minutes drive to restaurants. 20 minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Anna Bay by quiet otherwise, which we prefer. Kitchen was well equipped, and we ended up cooking a couple of nights. It’s still a bit expensive in my opinion at $600 a night per family, but this was a birthday holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a lovely stay at Vivian's place. The surrounding were quiet and comfortable, with the beach very calm and the feeling of being surrounded by bush. The house was very accomodating and thought has clearly gone in to making it a comfortable stay. All the beds were great. Only one thing to mention: the AC unit doesn't really reach the bedrooms, so, during a period of hot weather, we had to be proactive about making sure they stayed cool enough. But we all slept fine. Overall, recommended.
