Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Bardis' Wooden Family Loft House

Μετατρέψαμε το κελάρι του παππού σε χώρο φιλοξενίας, αφήνοντας κάποια παλιά χαρακτηριστικά για να θυμίζουν την αρχική χρήση του κτίσματος. Αποτελείται από το καθιστικό, με το τζάκι και τον καναπέ. Η ξύλινη σκάλα μας παρέχει πρόσβαση στη σοφίτα με το διπλό κρεβάτι. Από το καθιστικό πηγαίνουμε στην κουζίνα και στην τραπεζαρία και από τις γυάλινες πόρτες απολαμβάνουμε τη θέα της βεράντας και τον κήπο του σπιτιού. Τέλος, δίπλα από την τραπεζαρία βρίσκεται το παιδικό δωμάτιο, με το μονό κρεβάτι.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στην νέα μας ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία με αυλή , 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και από την παραλία του Βόλου πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση και άνετο παρκινγκ. Δίπλα σε σουπερμάρκετ εκκλησίες και την ευρύτερη αγορά για οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείτε. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και με το παραπάνω. Σας ευχόμαστε μια όμορφη διαμονή.

Το διαμέρισμα μας είναι ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρο για αυτούς που θέλουν να ανακαλύψουν τη φυσική ομορφιά του βουνού, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την πόλη του Βόλου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.
