Close to a number of tourist attractions and the Guaíba waterfront side. Building terrace with great waterfront view. Well ventilated and illuminated. East position. It has a sofa bed, 2 tv's Smart 4k, water filter, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, various basic utensils… The bedroom has a great structure, both for rest (with Emma's queen mattress) and for work, having a large desk and 300 mbps WiFi.
