Very nice. Comfortable and extra clean apartment. The building has good infrastructure with a nice swimming pool. I highlight the great service provided by the employees of the apartment, always very nice. The location is also excellent, in one of the best neighborhoods in Porto Alegre.

Hosting the best I've ever been, had a good welcome, has an excellent location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in a high relief area with no risk of flooding, and easy access, near two parks, Moinhos de Vento and Farroupilha, and an excellent supermarket, Zaffari, and Barranco steakhouse. Flat well located in a safe place in the city. Nearby services and restaurants. Clean and well maintained property. I recommend it.

The stay was very pleasant, the space is comfortable, well decorated, the towels and bed linens of great quality, the huge bed, very good shower, well-equipped kitchen, great service, TBM location. We are very satisfied with the choice.

If you need a place in POA, I have a place to stay. The place met my needs very much.

Good value, as it is close to busy streets, there is traffic noise. Parking is paid separately, with a daily rate of 20 reais.

Glória was an excellent host, always promptly answering our questions. The building is new and super safe, with a 24-hour concierge. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely clean. When we arrived, Glória had left us cookies, chocolate, and water, a delicacy that was very important to us that we arrived late at night due to a delay in our flight. The only thing we missed was wifi at the apartment. We received the wifi password of the coworking space, but for us it would be more useful if you had it in the apartment. Besides that, our stay was perfect! We'll be back!

Busy place with many bars and restaurant, great location. The atmosphere is cozy, has TV, air-conditioning and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything and the bathroom has hot water (I just missed a rug in the bathroom). I recommend the stay and the value is super fair, especially for the location of the place, close to everything.
