Casa di A. is a carefully furnished and fully equipped apartment featuring a balcony with a sea view. The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Ideal location with garden: in just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the evocative bar pieds-dans-l'eau LaGuardiola, on 1 of the most beautiful and renowned beaches on the island the town center of Procchio can be reached through 1 evocative walkway on the beach.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
